Allyse Pulliam is a photojournalist based in New York. She graduated with a BFA in Photography from Pratt Institute in 2008. In 2012, she left New York to spend 2 years of working and living on the Thai/Burma border documenting issues facing refugees, migrants and ethnic communities living inside Burma.

 

She is a photographer for The Times Herald Record and works as a freelance photojournalist in New York's Hudson Valley.


Her work has appeared in publications and galleries around the world, including The New York Times, Washington Post, Newsweek, People Magazine, The Daily Mail, New York Daily News, The Telegraph, The Australian Financial Times, The South East Asia Globe and many others.
